UN3W Outdoor Switchgear and Cable Junction Box
The UN3W-12, 24, and 40.5kV outdoor switchgear cubicles (cable distribution boxes) are a new type of modular, functionally integrated, highly reliable, compact, and maintenance-free switchgear cubicle (cable distribution box). They are suitable for power supply lines with voltage levels of 40.5kV and below, and serve the functions of cable branching, disconnection, control, and protection.

The enclosure is welded from stainless steel, and all sheet-metal joints feature a waterproof sealing design.
Optional fully insulated SF6 load switch solution, equipped with touchable shielded T-type cable accessories and surge arresters. Each ring main unit line can be fitted with a load switch, allowing any branch circuit to be freely disconnected or put into operation at any time. Other rings...

(1) Anti-fouling and moisture-proof
The roof, side panels, and doors of the outdoor switchgear cabinet (cable distribution box) feature a rainproof structural design.
Suitable for operation in environments with industrial pollutants, salt content, and high humidity.
Outdoor cubicle switchgear (cable distribution box): Corrosion protection rating—onshore: C4; offshore: C4H.
(2) Ground continuity
The primary circuit and secondary circuit grounding are connected separately to the grounding grid.
The enclosure of outdoor switchgear cabinets (cable distribution boxes), as well as touchable doors and side panels, feature good grounding continuity, effectively ensuring personnel safety.

Environmentally Friendly Gas-Insulated Ring Main Unit Equipment
The UN0-12, 24/630-25kA environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit is a fully sealed and fully insulated ring main unit that employs advanced vacuum interrupter technology. From the design perspective, it meets environmental requirements by being oil-free and SF6-free. All conductive parts inside the switchgear are housed in a sealed stainless steel enclosure, with dry air serving as the primary insulating medium within the enclosure. The main switch uses a vacuum arc-extinguishing system, while the isolating switch features a three-position structure. The enclosure boasts an IP67 protection rating, making it immune to the effects of condensation, frost, salt spray, pollution, corrosion, ultraviolet radiation, and other similar factors.
